About the Programme
Mooto Holdings, with special support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is pleased to announce the launch of the Graduate Career Launch Programme.
This initiative is designed to transform the Mooto College of Business into a Career Launch Zone, providing fresh graduates with:
- Structured mentorship on job search and career development
- Practical work experience in real organizational workflows
- Access to internet, professional tools, and guided support
The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness, equipping young graduates with the skills, exposure, and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment.
Programme Overview
- Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, in-person)
- Capacity: 40 Participants
- Location: Mooto College of Business, Lusaka
Participants will be integrated into a structured learning and work environment where they will:
- Gain hands-on experience in development finance and project workflows
- Receive mentorship on job search strategies, CV development, and career positioning
- Build professional workplace skills, including communication, teamwork, and discipline
- Access internet facilities and professional support systems
Accommodation & Support
- Shared accommodation will be provided at Mooto College of Business
- Access to a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
- No participation fees are required (programme fully supported by UNDP initiative)
Participants are required to:
- Bring their own:
- Single bed mattress
- Bedding
- Cooking utensils
- Cover their own food and personal upkeep (self-catering)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be 25 years old or below
- Hold at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
- Possess a functional personal computer (laptop)
- Be available for the full 3-month programme (full-time commitment)
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, discipline, and commitment to professional growth
