DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual occupying the position will ensure that legal cases are managed efficiently and effectively to meet the client expectations and the Clinic’s objectives.
Key tasks will include:
- Provide support to Legal officers
- Drafting relevant legal documents
- Copmduct reserach and provoide
- Filling documents with the courts of law.
- Undertaking mediation negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Updating clients regularly on the status of their legal matters.
- Manage and implement client relationship strategy.
- Sitting in for the Administration Assistant in their absence
- Conduct any other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Grade 12 certificate
· Bachelors Degree In Law.
· Experience in working on human rights and gender will be an added advantage.
