Key Responsibilities

- The employee shall actively promote and sell the Company’s products and is expected to achieve a minimum monthly sales target.
- Customer Acquisition
- The employee shall identify and secure new customers and business opportunities to expand the Company’s client base.
- Customer Relationship Management
- The employee shall maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Product Promotion and Marketing
- The employee shall actively promote the Company’s products through direct sales, marketing activities, and customer engagement.
- Sales Reporting and Record Keeping
- The employee shall maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads, and submit reports as required by management.
- Professional Conduct and Representation
- The employee shall represent the Company professionally, maintain high standards of customer service, and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and promote products.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and performance goals.
- Basic knowledge of record keeping and reporting.
- Must demonstrate professional conduct, honesty, and reliability.
