Purpose of Position
§ Ensure Develop Dash boards for presentations daily and weekly reporting
§ To maintain accurate, timely, and complete data in the Maintenance Management System (Excel, Word, MMS/CMMS)
§ to support planning, scheduling, and reliability of mine equipment.
§ Ensures maintenance activities are properly captured for compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Education / Experience
§ Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance planning/admin role, preferably in mining, drilling and construction sector involving heavy duty machines.
§ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HER, IT, Records management, CMMS,
§ Knowledge on how to use computers i.e. create dashboards for presentation
§ Valid driver’s license with Defensive driving as an added advantage
§ Proficient in SAP PM, Pronto, AMT or similar CMMS is added advantage. Knowledge in Excel Dashboard Setting is required. And Strong attention to detail.
§ Attributes: Accuracy, integrity, deadline-driven, good communicator with artisans to managers
Job requirements / Skills
§ Good communication skills, data Management Capture all work orders, notifications, and work requests into the MMS and Accurately Update equipment master data, task lists, maintenance plans, and BOQs
§ Close out completed work orders with correct labor hours, parts, and failure codes
§ can and upload supporting documents: job cards, inspection sheets, permits Planning & Scheduling Support/Assist planners to generate weekly maintenance schedules from MMS Run backlog,
§ PM compliance, and overdue work reports for supervisors
§ Ensure parts reservations and purchase requisitions are linked to work orders reporting & Compliance.
§ Generate daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports for management
§ Maintain statutory inspection records: boilers, lifting equipment, pressure vessels
§ Ensure data integrity for audits - ISO 450001, MSHA, ZEMA, MSD compliance System & Stakeholder Support
§ First line support for artisans/supervisors on MMS use and Inventory & Cost Control
§ Liaise with HR/store, parts/engineering/ maintenance/technical & management to resolve system or data issues
§ Train new users on basic MMS transactions and mobile data capture
§ Reconcile parts issued vs work orders in the system
§ Flag incorrect charging of costs to wrong equipment/cost centers
§ Support annual stock takes and asset verification exercises
