We are a growing and dynamic agricultural enterprise committed to excellence in crop and/or livestock production. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations and drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all farm operations including planting, harvesting, and/or livestock management
- Supervise and manage farm workers and staff
- Plan and implement farm production schedules
- Monitor crop health and livestock conditions
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment
- Manage farm budgets, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare regular reports on farm performance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- Proven experience in farm management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience with irrigation systems and mechanized farming
- Knowledge of financial management in agriculture
