Managing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Coordinating transportation, deliveries, and logistics operations for clients
Handling customer complaints and resolving service issues promptly
Monitoring client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
Working closely with operations, warehouse, and transport teams
Preparing reports on account performance and logistics activities
Identifying opportunities for business growth and new clients
Ensuring compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
Monitoring fuel usage, transport efficiency, and fleet performance where applicable
Following up on payments, invoices, and account reconciliations
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience working as a Key Account Manager
• Strong knowledge of logistics and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage key clients and maintain long-term business relationships
• Must be results-oriented and able to work under pressure
