The Zambia Red Cross Society under the IFRC NSIA Project intends to engage suitably qualified Contractor (s) for The Rehabilitation of the Henry Dunant Lodge Phase 2 (Zambia Red Cross Lodge) in Livingstone Southern Province.
The organization is looking to engage the services of a reputable construction firm with the requisite expertise to function as the second phase’s Contractor. The Contractor will be expected to complete the second phase of renovations and receive technical, supervisory, administrative, and regulatory guidance form the Technical Supervisor in the execution of the works.
Interested bidders must submit their sealed and clearly marked bids at Zambia Red Cross Society 2837 Los Angeles Boulevard, Longacres, Lusaka on or before Friday 22 May 2026 2 P.M.
Three (3) copies of sealed bids must be submitted.
Any Bid received by ZRCS after the deadline for submission of Bids or non-sealed will be disqualified from evaluation.

3. Successful Bidders will be selected according to the traceable quality and competitive works performed before and their financial capacity. Qualifications for potential bidders will include:
a. List of Works Previously Executed
Psychometric testing
b. List of Key Personnel
c. Three (3) months bank statement (Latest)
d. ZPPA Certificate
e. PACRA Company registration
f. Engineering Institution of Zambia
g. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
h. Bid Declaration
i. List of Available Plant and Equipment
4. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 60 days from the closing date of tender.
5. Completed tender documents in English are to be sealed in envelopes marked with Tender name, Company name and reference number and submitted at the Zambia Red Cross Society Head Office in Long Acres along Los Angeles Boulevard Road in Lusaka.
