We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction cost management and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost control
- Ability to prepare and analyze BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
- Experience with subcontractor management and valuations
- Good communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Cost estimation and budgeting for projects
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring cost efficiency
- Evaluation of subcontractor work and payments
- Assisting in tender preparation and analysis
