We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Team Lead to support day-to-day team operations, reporting, engagement, and performance coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and submit comprehensive monthly reports to the CSP, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational standards are maintained
- Organize and facilitate quarterly team activities to encourage collaboration, morale, and team engagement
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture
- Assist team members with troubleshooting basic IT and operational issues
- Escalate technical concerns promptly through the appropriate internal channels
- Verify team member availability and status within operational systems to support workforce efficiency
- Participate in departmental meetings with leadership teams to support operational planning and execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address team challenges and improve workflows
- Support the implementation of operational initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or operations support role
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage
