We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales activity data to generate actionable insights for leadership
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows
- Evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Detect bottlenecks and inconsistencies across the sales cycle
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards and reports
- Build new reporting tools to enhance visibility and performance tracking
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ensure accurate data entry, user adoption, and system efficiency
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
- Assist in territory planning and quota allocation
- Support sales compensation calculations and commission tracking
- Ensure commission data is accurate and ready for payroll processing
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong ability to build dashboards and interpret data into actionable insights
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Close attention to detail and data accuracy
