Lecturer in General Hospitality - Events Management (Part-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Hospitality and Events Management.
- Develop, review, and update teaching materials and curricula
- Supervise students' projects, internship, and practical training.
- Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities.
- Be able to keep and manage a well-organized teaching file.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
- Accredited by TEVETA.
- At least 3 years of teaching or Industry experience in Hospitality and events management.
- Strong Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate practical Industry knowledge into academic teaching.
