Our Client in kitwe is seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to expand their client base and drive business growth in high-end branding solutions, including billboards, promotional events and supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client relationships within target markets
- Present and promote our branding solutions to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales (3 years or more), preferably in branding, signage, or related industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of branding and promotional products
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
