EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The National HIV/AIDS/STI/TB Council is a body corporate established under the National
HIV/AIDS/STI/TB Council Act No 10 of 2002. The Council's primary mandate is to coordinate Council and support the development, monitoring and evaluation of the multi-sectoral national response for the prevention and combating of the spread of HIV, AIDS, STI and TB in order to reduce the personal, social and economic impacts of HIV, AIDS, STI and TB.
The position of Provincial AIDS Coordination Advisor at NAC has fallen vacant, and suitably qualified and experienced Zambians are invited to apply for the position, which is based in the Southern Province - Choma.
PROVINCIAL AIDS COORDINATION ADVISOR – SOUTHERN PROVINCE (1)
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Decentralised Response Coordinator and work closely with the Director of Programmes, the applicant will support the implementation of HIV and AIDS interventions (via planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation) and the mainstreaming of HIV and AIDS in all developmental programmes in the province.
