B-ne Innovations Limited is a Kitwe-based technology company building software for Zambian businesses and institutions. Our flagship product, EdifyFlow, is a school management platform built for Zambian schools — managing students, parents, teachers, finance, e-learning, and a public school website, all in one place.
EdifyFlow is the only school management platform built specifically for Zambian schools. Schools pay us a small subscription per term or per year. Parents pay their school fees directly through the platform into the school's own Lenco account — we never hold any school's money. Schools love us because we give them a complete operating system at a fraction of what foreign alternatives cost.
Your job is simple: help us reach more schools. We'll handle the rest.
We are now hiring 8 part-time Sales Representatives to introduce EdifyFlow to schools across the Copperbelt.
We are looking for motivated, well-spoken individuals to identify schools that could benefit from EdifyFlow, introduce them to our team, and help convert them into paying customers.
This is a commission-only, part-time role. You set your own hours. You work as much or as little as you choose. The harder you work, the more you earn — there is no ceiling on what a serious sales representative can make.
You don't need to be a software expert. You need to be the kind of person school administrators trust, willing to make phone calls and visit schools, and persistent enough to follow up until a sale closes.
What you'll do
- Identify primary and secondary schools in your area (Kitwe or Ndola) that could benefit from EdifyFlow
- Make first contact — phone, in-person visit, or warm referral through your network
- Pitch the value of EdifyFlow using sales materials we provide (pricing PDF, quick-reference card, demo booking link)
- Book a demonstration between the school's decision-maker and our team
- Follow up with the school until payment is made
- Hand off to our onboarding team — or onboard the school yourself once you're certified
