We are seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to help grow our brand presence, generate business opportunities, and support our expansion strategy.
Job Purpose
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, drive vehicle bookings, and support revenue growth. The role requires a proactive professional who can combine digital marketing expertise with business development and relationship management to strengthen the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase vehicle bookings and customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and grow the company's digital presence across social media platforms and online channels.
- Create engaging content, advertisements, promotions, and customer-focused campaigns.
- Manage website content and online listings to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent application of company branding across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Strengthen and protect the company's reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify leads for both corporate and retail vehicle rental customers.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop targeted campaigns aimed at increasing fleet utilization and revenue.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate customer feedback initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and work closely with operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
Corporate & Airport Business Development
- Drive growth of airport rental services and related travel partnerships.
- Develop strategic relationships with:
- Hotels and lodges
- Airlines
- Travel agencies and tour operators
- Embassies and diplomatic missions
- NGOs and development agencies
- Government institutions
- Corporate organizations
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that increase bookings and revenue.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
Reporting & Market Analytics
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
- Track booking trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Provide recommendations to improve market penetration and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
- Experience within the transport, logistics, tourism, hospitality, aviation, travel, or car rental industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of generating leads and supporting business growth initiatives.
