Catholic Relief Services (CRS) – Zambia Country Program invites qualified and eligible consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of endline survey consultancy services for the Mayi na Mwana II Project.
1. Background
CRS has been implementing the Mayi na Mwana II Project since October 2023 across selected districts in Eastern Province namely, Petauke. Lusangazi, Sinda, Katete and Chipangali with the objective of improving maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) outcomes through strengthened service delivery, community engagement, and health systems coordination.
2. Tender Documents
Interested bidders may obtain the full Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents by submitting a written request to tenders.zambia@crs.org from 8th June 2026 to 16th June 2026 at 17:00 hrs (Local time), no requests for the ITB will be accepted after this deadline.
The subject line should read: Request for ITB – Consultancy Endline Survey Mayi Na Mwana.
The ITB will be shared electronically at no cost.
3. Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders must submit the following Valid statutory documentation, including:
· PACRA Certificate of Registration
· Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
· Tax Exemption Certificate (where applicable)
· Company profile and relevant references
