HR Responsibilities
· Assist in the full recruitment cycle for all departments, including sales, logistics, after-sales, procurement, and heavy equipment-related positions.
· Conduct job advertisements, CV screening, interview arrangements, onboarding, and induction procedures.
· Maintain personnel files (electronic and hard copy) while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
· Manage attendance, leave applications, overtime records, and monthly attendance summaries.
· Support payroll data preparation and coordinate with the Finance Department for salary processing.
· Assist in employee benefits administration, including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE,allowances, and staff welfare activities.
· Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
· Draft, update, and maintain HR documents and prepare monthly HR reports.
Administrative Responsibilities
· Manage office supplies procurement, storage, and distribution.
· Maintain office facilities and coordinate maintenance of company property and equipment.
· Organize company meetings, client receptions, and business activities.
· Arrange business travel, hotel accommodation, transportation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
· Manage office equipment and coordinate routine maintenance.
· Liaise with external service providers and assist in cost control.
· Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management.
Special Duties
· Assist in managing overseas partner information and support visa and work permit applications for foreign employees.
· Assist with new employee orientation, product training, and preparation of training materials.
