1 . Communicate with Chinese customers in Chinese for vehicle sales consultation, negotiation and follow-up.
- Serve as an interpreter and liaison between local staff and Chinese team members for daily work coordination.
- Prepare, submit and follow up all official documents, licenses and certification matters with Zambian government authorities including PACRA, council offices, traffic departments etc.
- Translate sales contracts, official forms and internal work documents between Chinese and English.
- Assist Chinese management in arranging appointments with government officials and accompanying them for official visits.
- Complete other ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by Chinese supervisors.
