Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Gather, verify, and communicate customer information effectively.
- Show empathy and provide personalized customer service when needed.
- Meet the company's call quality standards.
- Identify and report opportunities to improve customer experience and productivity.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Consistently achieve daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics
- A tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
Age Requirement
Language Requirements
Applicants must speak at least one of the following local languages fluently:

- Lozi

- Kaonde
- Luvale
Location Requirements
Applicants must live within a 7 km radius of the office. Those living in areas such as the following are not eligible:
- Meanwood
- Obama
- Chainda (beyond the Clinic)
- Salama
- Mtendere East
- ZAF Lusaka
- Makeni
- Lilayi
- Kanyama
- Garden House
- Chingwele
- Zingalume
- Chunga
- Chalala Apex
- And other areas beyond the required radius.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work in shifts.
- Must complete a mandatory fingerprint verification process.
