About PEAS
Promoting Equality in African Schools (PEAS) is an international NGO transforming education across Sub-Saharan Africa. PEAS supports over 225,000 young people annually across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana, ensuring access to quality education that equips learners with essential life skills.
PEAS operates a network of schools serving over 20,000 students and extends support to more than 300 partner schools. With over 16 years of experience, PEAS delivers impactful, locally driven education programs that help learners—especially those from vulnerable backgrounds—achieve better learning outcomes and life opportunities.
Invitation for Supplier Registration
In line with its commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficiency in procurement processes, PEAS Zambia Limited hereby invites applications from eligible, qualified, and reputable firms for registration as approved suppliers.
The registration will cover the supply of goods, services, and works for the period 2026 to mid‑2028 (with possible extension).
PEAS seeks to establish a reliable, diverse, and high-performing supplier base capable of delivering quality and value-for-money services.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must submit the following mandatory documentation:
- Completed supplier registration forms
- Company profile (with physical address, contacts, and email)
- Certificate of registration/incorporation
- Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Proof of past and current contracts (similar work)
- At least three (3) traceable references
- Recent financial records (audited accounts or last 6 months' bank statements)
- Proof of payment of the nonrefundable ZMW 1,000 registration fee
- NAPSA certificate (where applicable)
- Relevant statutory certifications (e.g., ZAMRA, WARMA, etc.)
- Additional business-related compliance documents
Note: Companies operating for less than 6 months should submit available bank statements.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- ICT Suppliers: Must provide proof of certification/accreditation (e.g., Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco)
- Medical Suppliers: Must provide ZAMRA certification
- Water Works: Must provide WARMA certification
