We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our expanding team. In this role you will drive property sales, build relationships with prospective buyers, and champion the Prime Location Properties brand across multiple channels. This is a high-performance, commission-rewarded environment where your hustle directly determines your earnings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed property sales.
▸ Conduct site visits, property tours, and client consultations for residential land plots.
▸ Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
▸ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and social media.
▸ Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, instalment plans, and offers to clients.
▸ Negotiate and close sales in line with company pricing and commission structures.
▸ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and deal progress using company systems.
▸ Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
▸ Represent the company at property expos, community events, and open days.
▸ Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing client relationships to drive referrals.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
▸ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
▸ Professional certification in real estate/Marketing /ZIEA (advantageous but not required).
Experience
▸ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, real estate, or marketing.
▸ Experience in property or land sales is a distinct advantage.
Skills & Attributes
▸ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
▸ Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a strong desire to exceed targets.
▸ Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok).
▸ Basic computer literacy — MS Office, email, and spreadsheets.
▸ Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
▸ Professional presentation and customer-first attitude at all times.
▸ Valid driver's license (advantageous).
