Limefit Fitment Center, a reputable automotive service center based in Woodlands, Lusaka located along Burma Road opposite the National House of Prayer, is looking for a skilled, hardworking, and reliable Fitment Center Mechanic to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle suspension systems.
- Market Limefit services to customers
- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and general mechanical inspections.
- Perform wheel alignment and wheel balancing services.
- Fit, replace, and maintain vehicle tyres.
- Inspect tyres, wheels, brakes, and related components for safety and wear.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service.
- Supervisor the fitment technician assistants
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
- Follow all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanics (craft certificate or 3+ work experience).
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing, suspension repairs, tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and balancing.
- Good knowledge of different vehicle makes and models especially Toyotas and most common vehicles in Zambia
- Ability to operate workshop machines i.e wheel balancing machines, tyre-fitting equipment and other related equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer service expectations.
