HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Beatmas Human Resource Consultants Limited (BHRC) is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Human Resource Specialist on behalf of a valued client. The successful candidate will be engaged by BHRC on a fixed-term contract and stationed at the Client's premises a company specializing in the removal and relocation of personal effects to provide on-site HR support.
Deployment: Stationed at the Client's premises (removals & relocation of personal effects industry)
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of site staff in line with the Client's operational needs.
· Serve as the primary on-site HR point of contact, handling
day-to-day employee relations, discipline, and grievance matters.
· Ensure ongoing compliance with the Employment Code Act No. 3 of
2019 and other applicable Zambian labour laws and regulations.
· Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and other
HR documentation for staff stationed at the Client's site.
· Coordinate training, performance management, and staff
development initiatives.
· Support the implementation of health, safety, and industrial
relations practices appropriate to an industrial/logistics environment.
· Liaise with statutory bodies (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA, Ministry of
Labour and Social Security) on employee-related matters.
· Prepare regular HR reports and updates for BHRC and Client
management.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years' solid, hands-on HR experience, with prior exposure to an industrial, logistics, or warehousing environment considered a strong advantage.
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage.
• Sound working knowledge of Zambian labour and employment law.
