1. Assistant Accountant
Main Responsibilities
- Posting daily financial transactions, bills and payments into accounting software
- Tracking and reviewing of invoices and process payments for vendors bills
- Update general financial records
- Support routine reconciliation of accounts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Undertake periodic verification of assets to enhance assets accounting
- Statutory Accounts Reporting-PAYE, NAPSA
- Ensure that accounting reports are accurate and reported on time
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in relevant accountancy study program (e.g. ZICA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Must be a member of ZICA
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- At least two years post-qualification experience
- Experience in the transport industry, an added advantage
2. International Truck Drivers X 65
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering Clients Cargo through driving timeously
- Load and offload Cargo at designated places in a timeous manner as assigned by Superiors
- Conduct physical basic vehicle inspection or checks before departure i.e. wheel nuts, Tyres, fuel tank is full, screen wipers, lights etc
- Responsible that hooking of trailers is correctly done (driver has no authority to disconnect trailer without approval)
- Ensure that company truck is not left unattended to at any point and time unless prior approval is sought from superiors
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations as required by Law
- Ensure that all necessary documents are valid and always carried i.e. licenses, yellow cards, insurance, permits, etc
- Responsible for delivering client’s cargo in good order, and after delivery to ensure that the cargo documents are signed for and stamped by the consignee (PODs).
- Report any Mechanical faults identified on the vehicle including accidents
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Grade Nine (9) Certificate with the ability to read and write.
- Must have full valid CE, PSV driving license endorsed with class “D” license.
- Auto Mechanics knowledge, an added advantage
- Must be a Zambian Citizen not less than 30 years old, with valid passport.
- Must also have recent Police clearance report
- Should have at least three (3) years’ work experience with heavy duty trucks

Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate/Diploma in relevant field of study
- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
- At least three (3) years of experience in a busy workshop
- Holder of clean valid driving license for manual vehicles is another added advantage for technicians
