Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Manager (Storekeeper)
Location: Lusaka (opposite Makeni Mall)
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full charge of our 600sqm electronic products warehouse.
This is a hands-on role you will be responsible for making sure everything is in the right place, properly recorded, and always available when needed.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage all incoming and outgoing stock check quantities, track movements, and keep records accurate
· Monitor inventory levels daily spot shortages early and submit purchase requests in time to restock
· Maintain product pricing records in the system
· Oversee the showroom display ensure the entire space is clean, tidy, and products are arranged neatly for customers
· Coordinate with the sales team to make sure display stock matches what’s available in the warehouse
What We’re Looking For:
· Prior experience managing a 500sqm+ retail store or wholesale warehouse
· Hands-on experience with inventory management (stock in/out, stocktaking, and replenishment)
· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
· Able to work independently and solve problems on the spot
· Basic computer skills for stock records (Excel or inventory software is a plus)
