We are looking for experienced and hardworking Builders to join our construction team in Lusaka.
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bricklaying and blockwork.
- Plastering, rendering, and screeding.
- Concrete and general building works.
- Constructing walls, partitions, foundations, and related structures.
- Working from measurements and construction instructions.
- Maintaining quality workmanship and proper finishing.
- Using building materials, tools, and equipment correctly.
- Following site health and safety requirements.
- Working effectively with other construction teams.
- Completing assigned work within required timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven practical experience as a Builder.
- Experience in bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, concrete, and general construction.
- Good knowledge of building materials, tools, and construction methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction is an added advantage.
- No specific educational qualification is required. Practical experience and workmanship are the key requirements.
