POSITION 1: Experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Key Competencies:
- Must have experience working with and maintaining electrical tools
- Electrical saws, circular saws, saw tables, routing machines, electric planers, electrical thicknesser, etc
- Ability to work with very little oversight from management and maintain the highest quality standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly without losing quality
- High levels of integrity and honesty
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Installing ceilings
- Making doors
- Hanging doors
- Making chairs, tables, side tables
- Making kitchen cabinets & hanging doors
- Making bedroom wardrobes & hanging doors
- Making industrial & domestic shelving

POSITION 2: Data Entry Clerk X 2
Key Competencies

- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Professional conduct and confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Data Entry & Financial Processing:
- Accurately post daily purchase invoices into Pastel Sage 200.
- Record farm production, inventory transfers, and stock movement data into the accounting database.
Reconciliation & Verification:
- Cross-check source documents (delivery notes, invoices, receipts) against purchase orders
- Assist in routine supplier statement reconciliations
Documentation & Filing:
- Organize, scan, and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Reporting & General Support:
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing preparations and administrative duties.
Qualifications :
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Degree or diploma
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Pastel Sage 200 will be an added advantage
