Core Duties & Responsibilities
Package Delivery & Collection: Timely pickup and drop-off of parcels, documents, and customer orders across assigned delivery routes.
Route & Navigation Management: Plan optimal routes using navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps) to ensure prompt delivery and avoid delays.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the assigned motorbike clean, in good working condition, and conduct basic routine maintenance checks.
Client Service & Professionalism: Provide courteous, professional service upon delivery, building positive relationships with customers.
Proof of Delivery & Cash Handling: Maintain delivery records, obtain recipient signatures/confirmation, and manage cash collection where applicable (e.g., pay-on-delivery).
Package Handling: Carefully load, unload, and secure parcels to prevent loss or damage during transit.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Licensing: Valid Motorbike Driving License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
