About the Role
Lotus Way International School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Lower Primary Teacher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, while fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and learner-centred classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare progress reports.
- Foster positive behaviour and promote the school's values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education from a reputable university.
- Valid Teaching Council registration and practising licence.
- Minimum of five (5) years' teaching experience, preferably at lower primary level.
- Proven experience teaching the Cambridge Curriculum is mandatory.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in learner assessment and differentiated instruction.
