Simba Fiber is a fast-growing fiber-optic Internet Service Provider committed to delivering high-speed, reliable, and affordable internet across Zambia. We are expanding our footprint on the Copperbelt and looking for driven professionals to join our marketing team.
Position: Executive Marketing Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kitwe & Chingola
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market Simba Fiber’s high-speed fiber internet packages to business customers
- Generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Represent the Simba Fiber brand professionally and provide excellent customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven marketing or sales experience (ISP, telecommunications, or IT industry experience is a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work in the field across Kitwe & Chingola
