Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Associate

Location: Katima Mulilo road, Lusaka, Zambia

Automart24, Zambia’s trusted online car marketplace, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate.

If you’re creative, results-driven, and passionate about sales, marketing & the automotive industry, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow client acquisition and revenue.
Build and nurture relationships with individual car buyers, sellers, and corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand Automart24’s reach.
Manage and grow Automart24’s social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
Lead promotional activities, events, and partnerships to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Not a must, but added Advantage)
Work experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and online brand-building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
