Okavango Foods Limited, a leading food manufacturing and catering company supplying major supermarkets, hotels, and lodges nationwide, is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team. This role is specifically for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and social media queries promptly.
- Record and track orders accurately in ERPNext.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on customer feedback.
- Provide detailed end-of-shift reports.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (ERPNext experience is an advantage).
- Able to work independently during night shifts.
- Preference for candidates living in or around Woodlands.
