Education & Certification:
Trade certificate or diploma in Boiler making/Metal Fabrication or equivalent.

Education & Certification:
Diploma or trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Fitting.
Supervisory or leadership training is an advantage.

Strong mechanical fitting knowledge (assembly, installation, maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment).
Ability to plan, allocate tasks, and supervise a team of fitters and technicians.
Competence in reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Skilled in diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing corrective actions.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Understanding of workplace safety and ability to enforce safety standards.
- Mechanical Fitter
Education & Certification:
Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical Fitting or related mechanical engineering field.
Apprenticeship or on-the-job training in mechanical fitting.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Ability to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in using fitting tools, precision instruments, and measuring devices.
Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify faults and carry out repairs.
Understanding of safety procedures in industrial environments.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity for heavy or precision work.
- Power Electrician
Education & Certification:
Electrical trade certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Licensed/registered electrician status (depending on country regulations).
Knowledge of national electrical codes and standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, power distribution networks, motors, and control panels.
Strong understanding of high- and low-voltage systems, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics.

Knowledge of generators, transformers, and switchgear operations.
