Job Description:
Mayiko Infrastructure Limited is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Orderly to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining offices and workspaces
- Preparing and serving tea to office staff
- Assisting in cooking and food service as needed
- Keeping a hygienic and orderly environment across office areas
- Supporting with filing, photocopying, faxing, and office deliveries
- Helping with basic gardening tasks as required
- Carrying out any additional duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Education:
- Certificate Level or higher
- Grade 12 qualification is preferred
Mandatory Skills:
- Basic filing and record-keeping
- Basic culinary/cooking knowledge and experience
Preferred Skills:
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
