Job Purpose
To provide prompt and professional assistance to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints, and serving as the communication link between the company and its clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and messages with courtesy and accuracy
- Provide detailed product information and quotes
- Process sales orders, invoices, and receipts in coordination with Accounts
- Schedule order pick-ups or deliveries and follow up with dispatch
- Address customer concerns or complaints and escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer records and feedback logs for quality assurance
- Collaborate with workshop and design teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned
- Support walk-in clients and maintain a welcoming showroom atmosphere
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably in retail, sales, or service)
