LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities for the role:
- Supporting with conducting learning needs analysis and development of training plans.
- Supporting the assessment processes and development of competence for key jobs.
- Supporting with implementation and review of individual development plans for the talent pipeline.
- Providing support for L&D activities, maintenance of training records, design and delivery of learning solutions and training programmes.
- Assisting in the preparation and updating of training content and materials.
- Supporting with planning and implementation of employee health and wellness initiatives.
- Facilitating the meaningful analysis of the return on investment of learning and evaluation of L&D interventions.
- Promoting and adhering to Zambeef group procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Required qualifications:
- Degree (Business / HR / Organisational Psychology or equivalent),
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development.
- Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/ experience gained within a similar position(s) or at a similar level.
- Must be a Member of ZIHRM
