We are seeking an experienced Office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess
- strong technical proficiency in software such as Pastel Sage 200
- strong technical proficiency in Excel along with
- experience in ZRA Smart-Invoicing integration.thru PASTEL SAGE 200
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining various aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.
- Lusaka based candidate
- 10-15 km from thabo Mbeki road
- has to have their own personnel to holder vehicle in good running condition
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operational tasks within the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Pastel and Excel for data management, reporting, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage the integration of Sage 200 with ZRA Smart-Invoicing to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth invoicing processes.
- Handle communication and coordination with Director or Deputy Director, ensuring all operations are aligned and meeting business objectives.
- Supervise and support staff to maintain productivity levels as per Directors guidelines.
- Collaborate with transporter to ensure seamless operations, especially within the retail sector.
- Regularly report to senior management on operational progress, challenges, and achievements.
Key Requirements:
- Must have an own working vehicle, as the role requires to open and close the office.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in office management or a related field, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Pastel, Excel, and Sage 200 with proven experience in integrating with ZRA Smart-Invoicing.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities as per the Company guidelines.
Primary Requirements & Synopsis:
- Good-running vehicle, self-owned.
- Ability to adapt to flexible hours as per workload.
- Sage 200 Pastel & Excel & proper record-keeping abilities
- To be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
