OFFLOAD & LOADING SPECIALIST
Job Responsibilities;
- Entry and exit to the warehouse to check the appearance and quality of the material (such as damage or deterioration), to record anomalies and to give feedback;
- Instruct handlers to standardize the loading (according to category, batch, and the principle of advanced first) and update the inventory accounts;
- Regularly inspect the warehouse to check the storage status of materials (such as temperature, humidity, insect protection and moisture prevention), and maintain the storage environment;
- Implement the "first in, first out (FIFO)" principle to prevent materials from being expired or overstocked;
- participate in monthly / quarterly / annual inventory inventory counting to detect anomalies in a timely manner and patrol the causes;
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / CIPS .
- At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience or stores department.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
