LSUC is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to the role of Vice Principal reporting to the Principal to under take the following roles:

Aid in the overseeing of program and course development and delivery
Spearhead Programme Accreditation with relevant Authorities
Ensure the availability of required resources for students and staff
Develop partnerships with potential cooperative education mentors, organizations and businesses
Develop partnerships with potential cooperative education mentors, organizations and businesses
Assist in Financial and operational monitoring and reporting
Take a leading role in the recruitment of students
Identify areas for continuing program development
Spearhead staff performance management

Qualifications

Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
O'Level School Certificate
10 Years Experience in Education Administration and Management in a College or University
