Zimworx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator to lead a high-impact professional development program tailored for Executive Assistants. This advanced program is designed to equip participants with the skills, strategies, and confidence to thrive in complex corporate environments and effectively support senior executives, including in remote and hybrid settings.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate day-to-day delivery of the Executive Assistant program, ensuring interactive and outcomes-driven sessions.
- Deliver modules on advanced EA skills, including strategic calendaring, stakeholder management, hybrid/remote support, and high-impact communication.
- Design and implement assessments to measure skill acquisition and workplace application.
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to participants, supporting professional growth and confidence.
- Monitor and improve program quality, ensuring alignment with adult learning best practices.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers, guest experts, and stakeholders to enhance program relevance.
- Gather and analyze learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance on navigating C-suite dynamics and executive partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field required.
- Additional credentials such as a Secretarial Diploma are an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in designing and delivering training for administrative professionals.
- Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
