Taxi Driver

The Driver :

i. shall operate the taxi safely and lawfully at all times.

ii. Shall maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.

iii. Shall ensure all passengers are treated with courtesy.

iv. Shall be responsible for daily checks (oil, water, tires, fuel).

v. Shall remit agreed payments to the Owner as per this contract.

vi. Shall operate the taxi from 05:00hrs to 20:00hrs.

vii. Operating outside the agreed time shall be with prior approval from the owner.

viii. Shall ensure all the accessories are in good condition, namely Spare Wheel, Jack, Wheel Spanner, Radio and if lost the driver shall replace.
