Zimworx is looking for a dedicated Client Services Lead to manage and optimize team operations, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor attendance, breaks, and PTO to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and share performance and attendance reports with department leads.
- Track incentives and performance metrics for transparency and compliance.
- Support team members with IT issues and escalate concerns when needed.
- Organize team meetings to boost morale and collaboration.
- Relay feedback between clients and team members.
- Conduct quarterly assessments and assist with onboarding new team members.
- Introduce initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in team leadership or client services management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
