Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled marketing professional who excels in brand communication, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design. This role blends creative storytelling with hands-on execution, ensuring BGS maintains a strong, consistent, and compelling brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Communication, Content & Graphic Design
- Develop and design high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
- Create compelling written content for websites, campaigns, newsletters, case studies, product/service descriptions, and internal communication.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
- Produce, film, and edit short videos showcasing the company’s services, culture, and success stories.
- Manage and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent communication across the business.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, engagement, and community growth.
- Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, audience segmentation, and reporting.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
3. Traditional Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Support the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives such as events, expos, activations, corporate presentations, and branding activities.
- Develop printed materials including banners, flyers, signage, merchandise, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality production.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning activities.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital content, campaigns, and brand activities using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in marketing, communication tools, digital design,and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or any related field.
- A Diploma in a relevant field with strong practical experience will also be considered.
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing, Creative Design, or Content
- Marketing is an added advantage.
Essential
- Proven experience in marketing, brand communication, digital content creation, or
- graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (social media designs, marketing
- materials, digital campaigns, print designs).
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.
- Ability to produce and edit short-form videos.
- Strong writing and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with CMS/website content management.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with paid digital ads.
