Location: Off Mumbwa Road, Lusaka West, opposite Oryx Filling Station (Former Kasamu School)
1.MAINTENANCE OFFICER
The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all school infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and fully functional at all times.
KEY RESPONSILITIES
· Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
· Perform general repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting).
· Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
· Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
· Report major faults and recommend repairs or replacements.
· Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
· Supervise outsourced maintenance services when required.
· Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
· Craft Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, General Maintenance or related field.
· At least 2 years’ practical experience in building or facilities maintenance.
· Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Honest, reliable, and physically fit.

A) METAL FABRICATION LECTURER
B) COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS LECTURER
C) SALES AND MARKETING LECTURER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be Accredited with TEVETA
-For Diploma Programs: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant field
- For Certificate Programs: Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field.
- A Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is desirable.
- At least 5 years of teaching or industry experience in the relevant field.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver lectures and practical lessons at certificate and/or diploma levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous student evaluations and maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional meetings.
-Carry out additional academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
HEAD TEACHER
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Primary Education, Educational Leadership, Education Administration, or related field.
• A Teaching Methodology or Teacher Training qualification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of curriculum standards, pupil assessment, and school administration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership and management of the primary school section.
• Supervise teachers and ensure high-quality lesson delivery.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and pupil assessment processes.
• Maintain disciplinary standards, pupil welfare, and a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate meetings, school programs, timetables, and academic activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and educational quality standards.
• Maintain communication between parents, staff, and school management.
• Perform any additional administrative or academic duties as assigned by management.
PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER GRADES (1-6) SPECIFY SPECIALTY/GRADE AND SUBJECTS
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or related teaching field.
• Teaching Methodology, Teacher Training, or ECZ teaching certification is required.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience at primary level.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and child-development skills.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans and use appropriate teaching and learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach assigned subjects to primary school pupils and maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
• Conduct continuous pupil assessments, maintain records, and provide feedback.
• Manage classroom discipline, pupil welfare, and safety.
• Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programs.
• Communicate pupil progress to parents and guardians when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Teacher or school administration.
