Job Title: Sales Person

Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable sales person to assist customers in our hover bike shop and support day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will help customers understand product options, process sales, and keep basic stock records updated. This role requires good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide information on available hover bike models and accessories
- Assist customers with pricing, product comparisons, and basic feature explanations
- Receive, record, and process customer purchases accurately
- Maintain updated stock records and report low or missing items
- Coordinate with the workshop or technical team for demos and pre-delivery checks
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with quotes, receipts, and simple documentation
- Follow up with customers who request additional information
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 school certificate
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Willingness to learn product details and assist customers confidently
- Honest, dependable, and able to work in a small team
