Looking for an experienced yango driver to join our fleet.
Job Requirements – Yango Driver
1. Valid Documentation
Valid Zambian driver’s license (Class B or higher).
Valid NRC.
Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.
2. Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 1–2 years driving experience.
Good knowledge of Kitwe roads, shortcuts, and high-traffic areas.
Ability to use smartphone apps (GPS, Yango Driver app).
3. Personal Qualities
Dedicated, hardworking, and trustworthy.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good personal hygiene and professional conduct.
4. Responsibilities
Drive safely and follow all road rules.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean and neat condition daily.
Report any issues or mechanical problems immediately.
Handle customers professionally and follow Yango guidelines.
Protect the vehicle and avoid reckless or negligent driving.
5. Work Ethic
Willing to work consistent hours.
Respectful and responsible with the owner’s vehicle.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
