Introduction
Pact, a Washington, DC–based non-profit organization, is implementing the U.S. Department of State–funded Zambia Integrated Health Activity (hereinafter referred to as “Pact”). The Activity supports the Department of State and PEPFAR’s 95–95–95 objectives and delivers both service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. Zambia Integrated Health works to improve, sustain, and integrate lifesaving HIV/AIDS and MNCH services at both health facility and community levels, ensuring that client-centered, high-impact, high-quality services are accessible to all Zambians.
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit competitive offers from qualified vendors for supply of various types of fuel including diesel and petrol for all Pact Zambia vehicles, motorcycles and generators.
Pact Zambia seeks to engage a service provider to deliver this service across Lusaka, Central, Copperbelt, and North-Western Provinces. The current fleet comprises 146 vehicles, 92 motorcycles and 17 generators.
