We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
- Support daily HR operations, including leave management, payroll inputs, and attendance tracking
- Coordinate staff training, welfare activities, and performance evaluation processes
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
- Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance to company policies and labour regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider management team
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field
- Member of ZIHRM
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, )
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Zambia labour laws
