Core Duties
1. Accounts Receivables X 2
· Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
· Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
· Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.
· Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
· Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files.
· Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations.
· Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data.
2.Accounts Payables X 2
· Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly.
· Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning stock management, financial records and accounts.
· Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from internal and external business finance officers.
· Reconciling invoices.
· Communicating with the wider Accounts Payable team and comparing system reports to better manage Accounts Payable processes.
· Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
· Processing payments.
· Filing and maintaining supplier records.
· Checking and verifying invoices.
· Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
A Degree is Finance or Accounting or Fully qualified or finalist in ZICA, ACCA or CIMA
Up paid Member of ZICA
Minimum of 3-6 years’ work experience logistics will be an added advantage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel & ERP software
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
Good communication skills
Strong attention to details

Core Duties
1. Assistant Workshop Administrator X1
1. Daily update workshop staff attendance morning and evening update HR on absenteeism, Offs, overtime, Permissions, leave taken.
2. Manage the auto generated gate in and out of vehicles in the workshop.
3. Ensures that job request raised under general checkup for both the trailer and horse are matching in the system (Mastruck).
4. Ensures that the correct drivers complaints raised by both the driver and highlighted by the workshop supervisor are created and entered in the system correct.
5. Ensures that the log in of task and job allocation are entered correctly in the system (Mastruck).
6. Manage the down time start with tasks for greasing, diagnostic, fabrication etc.
7. Manage and ensures that parts request in the system (Mastruck) as approved by the workshop manager and supervisor.
8. Ensures that spare parts verification is done by both the workshop supervisor and manager before replacement (cost control).
9. Ensures 100% service schedule adherence to the step by step procedures and other workshop SOPs
10. Ensures the verification of all job cards before closing them that the driver’s complaints and general checkup created have been attended to by drivers signing on completion of service.
11. Monitor that all truck and trailer maintenance are completed on time and as per schedule
12. Support to conduct appraisal of mechanics and performance reports in order to identify strengths and weaknesses. KPIs
13. Warranty replacement request & follow ups
14. Ensure workshop safety as per SHEQ to prevent accidents, injury, or damage of property
15. Ensure strict implementation of company ISO rules, regulations, and procedures
16. Perform any other task assigned to him by his superiors.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
1. Highly organized
2. Fluency spoken & written English.
3. Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacement.
4. Knowledge of an automated Fleet Management Information System.
5. Considerable knowledge of safety practices and techniques in mechanics.
6. Considerable knowledge of diesel engine mechanics; considerable knowledge of Trucks make-up; considerable knowledge of parts suppliers
7. Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled employees engaged in repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
8. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Trucks with accuracy and speed
9. Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
10. Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
11. Flexible and can-do attitude.
