Darti Technologies invites applications for the position of Growth & Partnerships Lead, a strategic role responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding partnerships across Zambia. This role focuses on executing the company’s commercial strategy, strengthening market presence, and delivering long-term value to customers and partners.
The successful candidate will manage the full sales lifecycle, lead new customer acquisition initiatives, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to achieve defined growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in line with approved commercial strategies.
- Lead new customer acquisition initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and converting strategic accounts.
- Manage partner-driven opportunities from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Conduct customer engagements, site visits, and executive-level presentations.
- Prepare and present professional value propositions, cost-benefit analyses, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent Darti Technologies professionally across industry and digital platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated ERP sales experience within Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a structured corporate environment.
